<p>I know there are many people who already know how to fit physical activity into each day. They love being active, whether it be in sports, going to the gym on a regular basis, or just taking a regular morning walk. You&nbsp;only need about 2 1/2&nbsp; hours of moderate activity PER WEEK! Now that doesn&#39;t sound so difficult, does it? Just 10 minute spurts throughout your day&nbsp;of activity strenuous enough to get your heart rate going faster will do the trick.</p>
<p>You know about all these ideas already, but here is just a little reminder. Try a few of these quick and easy physical activities each day, which you can fit into your schedule either at home or at work,&nbsp;and you&#39;ll start to see an improvement in your weight loss and in your general well-being.&nbsp;</p>

<li>Do&nbsp;your housework with some zippy music playing so you move at a faster pace</li>
<li>Pull weeds, mow the lawn, or clean the pool</li>

<li>Use the stairs instead of the elevator whenever possible</li>

Cardio exercises burn way more calories then simple stomach exercises such as crunches or leg lifts. Cardio exercises will burn fat from your entire body instead of just one area of your body. <p>You can only succeed by taking the first step! Even if you can&#39;t do the flat stomach exercises right away, you should change up your diet and lose the fat first. Once you have done cardio for a while, you need to do crunch exercises in order to get a flat stomach.</p>

<p>A basic crunch is best for the upper abs. You perform a basic crunch by lying flat on your back, preferably on an exercise mat. Keep your hands to the side of your head and your knees bent in a 90 degree angle. Lift your shoulders off the ground, as if you&#39;re trying to touch your knees to your chest. Remember not to move your legs at all! The point here is to lift yourself using your stomach muscles. You will be doing this 15-30 times in sets of 3-4. Also remember to take a few minutes rest between each set.</p>
<p>For your lower abs, the best exercise you can do is the reverse crunch. To preform a reverse crunch you lie on your back with your hands placed directly to the back of your head, bend your knees and hold your feet about 5 inches off the ground. You need to slowly bring your knees toward your chest and pick your butt slightly off the ground. Concentrate hard on tightening your stomach muscles. Make sure you do at 3-4 sets of this exercise. With 15-30 reps per set, resting 2-3 minutes between each rep.</p>
<p>While there are a wide variety of exercises out that claim to flatten your stomach, these two are the best. The main problem people face when trying to get a flat stomach is in proper dieting and executing the exercises for their abs incorrectly. Seriously consider the pointers in this article and preform these workouts exactly as described. Don&#39;t cheat yourself out of a chance to achieve a flat stomach. Don&#39;t think that you can skimp on your exercises one day and make up for it the next.
