You need to slowly bring your knees toward your chest and pick your butt slightly off the ground. Concentrate hard on tightening your stomach muscles. Make sure you do at 3-4 sets of this exercise. With 15-30 reps per set, resting 2-3 minutes between each rep.
While there are a wide variety of exercises out that claim to flatten your stomach, these two are the best. The main problem people face when trying to get a flat stomach is in proper dieting and executing the exercises for their abs incorrectly. Seriously consider the pointers in this article and preform these workouts exactly as described. Don't cheat yourself out of a chance to achieve a flat stomach.
