Advice on Getting a Flat Stomach

For many of us, getting a flat stomach can be so difficult that we just give up. That's because we're doing the wrong exercises and eating the wrong things to try and get a flat stomach.

So if we've been going about it all wrong, what's the right way to get a flat stomach?

Believe it or not crunches or sit-ups are not the best way to get a flat stomach. Cardio is the key to a flat stomach. Cardio exercises burn way more calories then simple stomach exercises such as crunches or leg lifts. Cardio exercises will burn fat from your entire body instead of just one area of your body.
